सूरजपुर। ज़िले में नशीले इंजेक्शनों के अवैध क़ारोबार के मामले में विशेष एनडीपीएस न्यायालय ने कड़ा फैसला सुनाते हुए आरोपी सुशील दास देवांगन को 10 वर्ष के सश्रम कारावास और 1 लाख रुपये के अर्थदंड से दंडित किया है। यह फैसला 13 अक्टूबर 2026 को सुनाया गया।
430 नशीले इंजेक्शन किए गए थे ज़ब्त…
मामला 10 मार्च 2025 का है। थाना झिलमिली पुलिस ने मुख़बिर की सूचना पर ग्राम दवना निवासी सुशील दास देवांगन (28 वर्ष), पिता आनंद दास, के क़ब्ज़े से एविल के 220 और रेक्सोजेसिक के 210, कुल 430 नशीले इंजेक्शन ज़ब्त किए थे। पुलिस ने आरोपी के ख़िलाफ अपराध क्रमांक 47/2025 के तहत एनडीपीएस एक्ट की धारा 21(सी) में मामला दर्ज कर उसे गिरफ़्तार किया था।
साक्ष्यों के आधार पर सुनाया फैसला…
विवेचक एएसआई महेन्द्र सिंह मरावी ने मामले में साक्ष्य संकलित कर न्यायालय में आरोप पत्र प्रस्तुत किया। विशेष लोक अभियोजक रमेश सिंह कुशवाहा ने प्रकरण का संचालन किया। विशेष न्यायाधीश (एनडीपीएस एक्ट) मानवेन्द्र सिंह की अदालत ने गवाहों के बयान और एफएसएल रिपोर्ट सहित उपलब्ध साक्ष्यों के आधार पर अपराध सिद्ध पाए जाने पर आरोपी को सज़ा सुनाई।
